台商建议增加两岸直航点 海基会承诺转达意见

山东地区台商代表与海基会董事长蘇嘉全近日进行会晤，就扩大两岸航线覆盖范围提出建议1。山东现有16家台商协会，但目前仅青岛开放直航1，台商代表因此倡议增加两岸直航点1。会议中双方也就春节包机等议题进行了交换意见1。

海基会秘书长罗文嘉表示将把台商意见转达给交通部民航局和大陆委员会1。他强调，市场条件是关键因素，并指出"市场会决定一切，市场若有相当利润、有充足条件，再加上两岸两会制度性协商和交流尽速恢复的话，内外条件自然成熟"1。据介绍，两岸目前有15个定期航班航点和13个包机航点1。

Taiwan business representatives from Shandong Province met with Strait Exchange Foundation (SEF) Chairman Su Jia-chuan to discuss expanding cross-strait direct flight routes and Chinese New Year charter flights.1 Currently, only Qingdao operates direct flights among the 16 Taiwanese business associations in Shandong.1

The SEF's Secretary-General Lo Wen-chia stated that the foundation would relay the business community's proposals to Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration and the Mainland Affairs Council for further discussion.1 Lo emphasized that market conditions and the resumption of institutional negotiations between the two sides are key factors, noting that "the market will determine everything—if there are sufficient profits and adequate conditions, combined with the timely resumption of institutional consultations and exchanges between the two sides, then favorable internal and external conditions will naturally emerge."1

The current cross-strait aviation network comprises 15 regular airline routes and 13 charter routes.1 As of March 9, 2023, a plan was outlined to restore 10 regular airline routes and maintain the 13 charter routes.1
