Pingshan District has completed registration of the "Shenzhen Pingshan High-Tech Zone Deep Investment Control and Jiaorong Hard Technology Private Equity Venture Capital Fund" in collaboration with Deep Investment Control Capital and Bank of Communications.1 The fund marks an innovative application of bank-affiliated Alternative Investment Company (AIC) capital, combining the industrial ecosystem of municipal state-owned enterprises with financial resources from the banking system to support strategic emerging industries in Pingshan.1
The fund will focus on critical sectors including artificial intelligence and robotics, next-generation information technology, and advanced equipment and instruments, with particular emphasis on early-stage and growth-phase hard technology projects.1 By channeling financial resources through this product-finance integration model, the initiative aims to build Pingshan into a high-tech industrial hub centered on autonomous vehicles, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and intelligent manufacturing—the "vehicle, medicine, chip, and intelligence" industries.1
In October 2025, Pingshan District launched an "Innovation and Technology Belt Around Campus" initiative with Shenzhen Technology University and Deep Investment Control.1 Deep Investment Control Capital has accumulated investments in over one hundred enterprises, demonstrating its experience in nurturing innovation ecosystems.1
