This year, Wu was among 50 elite award recipients selected from 350 winners across 37 countries and regions to visit Apple Park for a three-day special experience.1 During the visit, he demonstrated his mechanical arm game application to both current CEO Tim Cook and incoming CEO John Ternus, who personally picked up iPads to test the technology and praised it as "very interesting."1 Wu's asMagic application, which transforms an iPhone or iPad into a robot sensor by leveraging the device's camera, LiDAR, and inertial measurement unit capabilities, has already launched on the App Store and was selected by Apple as promotional material for its Mac computers.1
Wu graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with top academic honors before being recommended for graduate studies at Southern University of Science and Technology.1 He has since founded Ningquan Robotics to commercialize his innovations and is currently in early-stage fundraising, actively engaging with angel investors to secure the company's first investment round.1
