中央气象台：四川重庆湖北等地局地有暴雨

中央气象台发布天气预报，昨日四川、重庆、湖北等地部分地区出现大雨或暴雨1。其中，重庆北部、湖北西部等地出现大暴雨，最大小时降雨量达20～60毫米1。未来十天，华西地区降雨仍将持续，四川东部、重庆、陕西南部、湖北西部等地累计降雨量普遍40～80毫米，部分地区100～180毫米，局地可达400毫米以上2。

从分阶段来看，9月17-18日，四川东部、重庆、湖北东部、湖南南部等地局地有暴雨，降雨量50～85毫米1；9月18-19日，四川东北部、重庆西部等地局地有暴雨，降雨量50～80毫米1；9月19-20日，四川东北部、重庆北部等地局地有暴雨，降雨量50～70毫米1。其间17日至19日华西地区降雨较前期有所减弱、范围收缩2。

气象部门提示，公众需关注持续降雨可能引发的滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害2，以及对农业生产和交通运输的影响1。此外，海南前期降雨持续时间长、累计雨量大，也需警惕地质灾害潜在风险1。

The China Meteorological Administration has forecast significant rainfall across multiple provinces over the coming days, with severe weather already impacting several areas.12 In the past 24 hours, parts of northern Chongqing and western Hubei experienced heavy downpours, with hourly precipitation reaching 20–60 millimeters in some localities.1

Looking ahead, the precipitation pattern will persist through late September. From September 17–18, eastern Sichuan, Chongqing, eastern Hubei, and southern Hunan face localized rainstorms of 50–85 millimeters, followed by 50–80 millimeters across northeastern Sichuan and western Chongqing on September 18–19, and 50–70 millimeters in northeastern Sichuan and northern Chongqing on September 19–20.1 Over a ten-day period, the broader southwest region will accumulate significant moisture, with eastern Sichuan, Chongqing, southern Shaanxi, and western Hubei receiving 40–80 millimeters on average, some areas 100–180 millimeters, and localized zones potentially exceeding 400 millimeters.2 Rainfall intensity is expected to ease between September 17–19.2

The administration has warned of elevated risks from secondary geological hazards such as landslides and mudslides triggered by sustained precipitation, as well as potential impacts on agricultural production and transportation.12 In Hainan, the extended duration and cumulative volume of earlier rainfall warrant continued monitoring for potential ground failures.1 Additionally, northeastern China will experience a separate weather system, with temperatures in eastern Inner Mongolia and the Northeast dropping 4–6 degrees Celsius from September 19–21, with some areas seeing decreases exceeding 8 degrees, and an early frost expected in central-north Heilongjiang by September 22 morning.2
