The attacks followed a February 28 joint U.S.-Israeli military operation against Iran.1 Former national security official Katulis stated that "America was not adequately prepared for defense" and suggested that "China and Russia may have helped Iran with targeting."1 The U.S. House of Representatives voted for a third time on Tuesday evening to pass a measure ending the Iranian conflict.1
