深圳承办秋季招聘会，AI岗位占两成吸引高端人才

9月16日，"百万英才汇南粤"2026年秋季招聘活动在武汉大学启动首场招聘会1。深圳市承办该活动，296家广东省重点企业参会1，共提供超2.45万个优质岗位1。其中人工智能类岗位需求旺盛，招聘总人数近5200人，占现场招聘总人数的21.2%1。高端岗位比例也较为突出，其中20万至50万元岗位11950个，50万元及以上岗位超4100个1。

广东正成为高校毕业生就业创业的热门选择地。2025年广东通过"百万英才汇南粤"行动计划吸纳超110万高校毕业生在粤就业创业2，相当于每12名高校毕业生中就有1人选择广东2。广东已连续两年吸纳超100万名高校毕业生留粤来粤工作1。2026年秋季招聘将以"万企进百校"形式走进全国100所重点高校2，其中深圳承办11所高校专场2。

深圳采取多项政策措施增强对毕业生的吸引力。深圳人才引进入户保持"秒批"，最快24分钟完成落户2；生活补贴按博士最高10万元、硕士最高5万元、本科最高3万元发放2。2026年上半年，深圳新增吸引35岁以下、大专及以上学历毕业生超30.4万人，同比增长8.42%2。其中新兴产业和未来产业合计新增吸引5.48万人，同比增长24.55%2。"深梦扬帆"公益计划已累计服务近2.7万名来深应届毕业生，人均节省初期落脚成本超2000元2。
