*ST云创因2020年财务造假和欺诈发行行为遭到江苏证监局行政处罚，罚款金额达7960万元1。同期，卓然股份因涉及多项信息披露违法行为被处罚超千万元，其ESG风险级别被评定为IV级1。上述行政处罚决定于2026年8月31日作出1。
