交通文化设施相继开放
听海大道（桂湾段）地下通道于今年4月开通，长约700米1。桂湾片区已建成空中步道5.6公里、地下步道9.2公里1，进一步优化了区域通行体系。前海博物馆计划于10月30日对外开放，总建筑面积约12.6万平方米1。文化娱乐方面，前海激浪预计10月底投入使用，总建筑面积约6000平方米1。
产业和酒店布局加速
互联网未来科技城一期已投用，约3万名员工入驻1。深港青年梦工场南区计划于年底投入使用1，进一步促进创新创业发展。酒店业态方面，深圳太子湾美高梅酒店已于9月10日开业1。前海新开业酒店超过10家，新增客房逾2000间1，为进一步提升招商引资和人才吸引力创造条件。
前海国际枢纽中心计划于2026年12月30日完工1，后续重大项目建设仍在有序推进。
Shenzhen's Qianhai District has achieved substantial progress across multiple landmark projects this year, marking a significant shift from the construction phase to operational use. In the first seven months of the year, the district completed fixed asset investments totaling 839.7 billion yuan, representing an 18.6% year-on-year increase 1. Among these, major projects accounted for 794.4 billion yuan in completed investments, comprising 94.6% of the district's total fixed asset investment 1. The district currently maintains a portfolio of 1,034 projects, of which 402 are large-scale investments exceeding 100 million yuan 1.
Several critical infrastructure and commercial developments have recently entered operation or are nearing completion. The Tinghai Road underground passage in the Guiwan section, spanning approximately 700 meters, opened to traffic in April of this year 1. The Guiwan district has additionally constructed 5.6 kilometers of elevated pedestrian bridges and 9.2 kilometers of underground passages 1. The Qianhai Museum, with a total building area of approximately 126,000 square meters, is scheduled to open to the public on October 30 1. The Qianhai Surge complex, comprising about 6,000 square meters of building space, is expected to be operational by the end of October 1. The Shenzhen Tower at Marina Bay MGM Hotel launched operations on September 10 1. The Internet Future Technology Park Phase One is already in use, with approximately 30,000 employees currently stationed there 1. The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory South District is anticipated to commence operations by year-end 1. Looking ahead, the Qianhai International Hub Center is scheduled for completion on December 30, 2026 1.
