He outlined conditional terms for Ukrainian participation, saying: "If our partners can ensure that Russia truly stops attacks on our power system, other energy facilities, critical infrastructure and food supply routes, then of course we are prepared to ensure corresponding cessation of our attacks" 1. Zelenskyy also cautioned that any such accord should not serve merely as a short-term measure to ease fuel prices ahead of Russian weekend elections 1.
