深圳龙岗高速桥下排水渠完成升级改造 防汛排涝能力显著提升

深圳龙岗区坪地街道惠盐高速桥下排水渠升级改造工程已完工，形成贯通的完整排水通道，有效提升了四方埔片区的防汛排涝能力。1这一工程的推进源于该片区此前遭遇的严重内涝事件。2025年8月，四方埔片区因强降雨导致大面积积水，水浸面积达40万平方米，最大积水深度约2米。1排查发现，内涝的根本原因在于惠盐高速桥下原有排水沟渠设计容量有限。1

为解决这一问题，相关部门启动了排水渠扩建升级工程。1桥下排水渠扩建于2026年5月完工，衔接段主体工程于2026年9月8日竣工。1该项目涉及惠盐高速管理单位、区水务局、街道水务组、龙岗排水公司等多方主体的协同努力，最终形成了完整的排水通道。1

Shenzhen's Pingdi Subdistrict in Longgang District has completed an upgrade and reconstruction project on the drainage channel beneath the Huiyan Expressway, significantly enhancing flood prevention and drainage capacity for the Sifangpu area 1. The project was initiated following a severe waterlogging event in August 2025, when heavy rainfall inundated the region with a flooded area of approximately 400,000 square meters and maximum water depth reaching about 2 meters 1.

Investigations determined that the root cause of the flooding was the limited design capacity of the original drainage culvert beneath the expressway 1. The reconstruction effort involved coordination among multiple agencies, including the Huiyan Expressway management unit, the district water affairs bureau, the subdistrict water affairs team, and Longgang Drainage Company 1. The expanded drainage channel beneath the bridge was completed in May 2026, followed by the completion of the connecting section's main structure on September 8, 2026, establishing a fully integrated drainage corridor 1.
