决定明确提出将铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育纳入国民教育、干部教育、社会教育体系1。在促进各民族交往交流交融方面，决定要求实施各族群众互嵌式发展计划，组织各族群众共同参与社区建设、治理、活动1；实施各族青少年交流计划，开展跨区域社会实践、研学游学等交流活动1；实施旅游促进各民族交往交流交融计划1。每年9月的民族团结进步宣传周期间，将集中开展宣传教育活动1。
在区域协同方面，北京将加强京津冀民族工作区域协同，在构筑精神家园、促进交往交融、推动共同繁荣发展、依法治理民族事务等方面深度交流合作1。

The initiative seeks to implement the national Ethnic Unity and Progress Promotion Law using what Beijing characterizes as excellence standards, ensuring high-quality development of ethnic unity work throughout the municipality.1 The decision mandates integrating education on forging a strong Chinese national community consciousness into national education systems, cadre training, and public education programs.1 To strengthen interpersonal bonds, the city will implement an inter-embedded development plan encouraging residents of all ethnicities to participate jointly in community construction, governance, and activities.1 A separate initiative targeting youth will organize cross-regional social practice and study-travel exchange activities.1
Beyond community-level initiatives, the decision establishes a tourism-promotion plan to facilitate interactions among ethnic groups and deepens regional coordination with Tianjin and Hebei provinces in areas including spiritual home construction, exchange and integration promotion, common development advancement, and lawful management of ethnic affairs.1 The city will concentrate promotional and educational activities during an annual ethnic unity and progress publicity week each September.1
