生育友好宫颈健康关爱行动落地深圳 推进诊疗同质化建设

生育友好宫颈健康关爱行动（FCCA）公益项目于9月12日在深圳市妇幼保健院举办推进会，正式落地深圳1。该项目由中国妇女发展基金会主办1，致力于完善宫颈病变门诊关爱服务体系、提升基层医疗机构早诊早治能力、推动无创治疗技术临床普及1，并将在深圳全市十个行政区推进宫颈疾病诊疗同质化建设1。

深圳市妇幼保健院党委书记吴波表示，医院紧扣"怀得上、留得住、孕得优、生得安、育得好"目标1。该院2024年活产数达2.21万，2025年分娩量稳居全市首位1。宫颈科主任胡海燕介绍，项目落地后，相关服务将辐射深圳全部十个行政区1。由于CIN2病变高发年龄集中在25-29岁，恰好匹配女性黄金生育期1，该项目对保护女性生育力具有重要意义。

A public welfare initiative focused on cervical health and reproductive care was formally established in Shenzhen on September 12, with a promotion conference held at Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital 1. The Fertility-Friendly Cervical Care Action (FCCA) project, sponsored by the China Women's Development Foundation, aims to enhance outpatient care services for cervical lesions, strengthen early detection and treatment capabilities at grassroots medical institutions, and promote the clinical adoption of non-invasive treatment technologies 1.

The project will advance the standardization of cervical disease diagnosis and treatment across all ten administrative districts in Shenzhen 1. According to national targets, fertility-friendly hospitals are expected to account for 90 percent of assisted reproductive medical institutions by 2030 1. Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital, which delivered 22,100 live births in 2024 and maintained the city's highest delivery volume in 2025, is positioning itself around five core objectives: enabling conception, sustaining pregnancy, optimizing fetal development, ensuring safe delivery, and supporting postnatal care 1. Following the FCCA project's implementation in Shenzhen, services will extend coverage to all of the city's ten administrative districts 1. The disease data underscores the urgency of the initiative: cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 (CIN2) occurs most frequently among women aged 25 to 29, a period that coincides with prime reproductive years 1.
