坪山街道通过构建"党群就业、居家就业、企业就业"三维赋能模式，为辖区居民提供多维度的就业支持。1 该模式依托党群服务中心，面向宝妈、大龄居民等特殊群体开展技能培训与岗位对接，让就业服务覆盖更多无法外出务工的人群。1
坪山街道各社区党群服务中心已累计开展69场就业技能培训，服务2280人次。1 其中，和平社区打造的"和平零工坊"已吸纳65名居民就近务工，参与者人均月增收400至600元。1 该社区自2025年2月起开设的"AI大讲堂"已累计服务4000余人次，帮助居民适应新时代就业需求。1 坪山街道还搭建了"智慧求职驿站"，汇聚全国70万余家、本地120余家企业的岗位信息，为居民提供更广泛的就业选择。1
在社区教育方面，坪山街道的"故事妈妈"项目也取得成效。1 截至今年9月，该项目累计开展86期，培育了16名社区早教师，为400余名幼儿提供了早期教育服务。1
Pingshan Subdistrict has launched a three-dimensional employment empowerment model encompassing party and community employment services, home-based work, and enterprise-linked opportunities to connect residents with job prospects near their communities.1 Through party and community service centers, the initiative delivers skills training and job matching, enabling groups such as stay-at-home mothers and older residents to find employment without leaving their neighborhoods.1
Since 2026, Pingshan Subdistrict's community party and community service centers have conducted 69 employment skills training sessions, serving 2,280 participants.1 The Heping Community's "Heping Zero-Work Workshop" has attracted 65 residents for local employment, generating an average monthly income increase of 400 to 600 yuan per person.1 Additionally, the "Intelligent Job Search Station" aggregates over 700,000 job vacancies nationally and more than 120 positions locally, facilitating employment matching for residents.1
As of September this year, the "Story Mom" project has completed 86 sessions, cultivating 16 community early education instructors and serving over 400 young children.1 Since February 2025, Heping Community has hosted an "AI Lecture Hall" that has served over 4,000 residents, demonstrating the subdistrict's commitment to equipping residents with contemporary skills for the evolving job market.1
