该项目充分利用小漠港的直航航线优势和深汕约20公里的港产联动距离，形成了深圳研发、深汕制造、港口直发的完整产业链条1。澳大利亚、新西兰及北美地区是这类模块化房屋的主要市场，相关项目在印度尼西亚也在同步推进1。今年以来，小漠港已开通了通往大洋洲的件杂货外贸直航航线，为此类产品出口提供了便利的物流通道1。

China Construction Integrated Building Intelligent Manufacturing Company has dispatched 87 modular housing units from the Xiaomo International Logistics Port in Shenzhen's Shenzhen-Shanhaiguan Special Cooperation Zone bound for Australia, with the vessel expected to arrive in approximately 20 days.1 These prefabricated structures are completed at the factory with all preliminary construction work, including water and electrical systems as well as interior finishing, allowing them to be inhabited immediately upon arrival in Australia with only water and electricity connections required.1 This manufacturing approach reduces the construction cycle by more than half compared to traditional building methods.1

The project leverages the direct shipping line and benefits from the approximately 20-kilometer port-industry integration linking Xiaomo Port to the manufacturing facilities.1 This arrangement creates a complete supply chain encompassing research and development in Shenzhen, manufacturing in the Shenzhen-Shanhaiguan area, and direct port dispatch.1 Primary markets for these modular units include Australia, New Zealand, and North America, with projects in Indonesia proceeding in parallel.1 The Xiaomo Port established a general cargo foreign trade direct shipping line to Oceania earlier this year, supporting this export initiative.1
