Separately, Ukrainian President Zelensky proposed holding talks with Russian President Putin during a G20 summit scheduled for December in Miami. 1 However, Kremlin spokesman Peskov indicated that Moscow has not yet decided whether Putin will attend the summit, stating "We don't know yet whether we'll be going to Miami." 1 The Kremlin's position remains that if Ukraine's leadership seeks a meeting, they should travel to Moscow. 1
