九三学社社员、金华职业技术大学教授熊永森赴卢旺达进行了为期27天的实地调研工作1。期间他走访了基加利、穆桑泽以及东部省、南部省等地，与7家当地农业、机械企业进行交流1，了解当地农业机械市场的实际需求。
在调研基础上，熊永森推进了由卢旺达中资企业、院校与金华企业、金华职业技术大学组成的四方合作框架1。该合作致力于农机产品本土化改造、技术培训与维修人才培养。熊永森面向企业骨干开展了6次技术培训，向院校师生及技工进行了3场实操维修培训1，同时推动形成了农机维修实训室建设的初步方案1。
Xiong Yongsen, a professor at Jinhua Polytechnic University and a member of the Jiusan Society, spent 27 days conducting fieldwork in Rwanda to identify local agricultural machinery needs and establish pathways for technical collaboration 1. During his mission, he visited Kigali, Musanze, and the Eastern and Southern provinces, meeting with representatives from seven local agricultural and machinery enterprises 1. The field research culminated in the launch of a four-party cooperation framework involving Rwandan local Chinese-funded enterprises and educational institutions alongside their counterparts in Jinhua 1.
The collaborative initiative focuses on three primary objectives: localizing agricultural machinery products, conducting technical training programs, and developing skilled maintenance technicians 1. Xiong delivered six technical training sessions to company personnel and organized three hands-on repair workshops for school instructors, students, and vocational trainees 1. Additionally, preliminary plans were developed for establishing an agricultural machinery repair and training facility 1. This framework creates a mechanism linking industrial demands with technological exports between Rwanda and Jinhua.
