三区齐上榜！罗湖、福田、盐田获评省级美丽城区典型

广东省生态环境厅公布第三批美丽县城（市、区）典型案例遴选结果，深圳市罗湖区、福田区、盐田区三区同步入选1。三个中心城区在生态环保与经济发展方面表现突出，成为全省集中获评的标杆范例。

在空气质量方面，2025年罗湖区、盐田区PM2.5年均浓度均低至14.4微克/立方米，福田区为16微克/立方米1。空气质量优良率方面，罗湖区、盐田区分别达99.2%、98.4%，福田区达97.5%1。水质治理成效同样显著，罗湖14条河流水质全部优良，盐田实现优良河长、水源水质达标率双100%，福田7条主要河流断面全部达标1。此外，深圳水库连续15年保持地表水Ⅱ类标准，梅林水库连续18年保持Ⅱ类及以上优质水源，大鹏湾近岸海域连续七年保持国家海水一类标准1。

生态设施建设方面，罗湖建成63.6公里生态游憩网络，盐田森林覆盖率达63.43%，构建近400公里山海绿道体系，福田142座公园实现500米服务半径全覆盖1。在绿色产业升级上，盐田港八年五获全球"最佳可持续发展集装箱码头"，福田区域新能源产业产值突破千亿，单位GDP碳排放仅为全国平均水平的十分之一1。2025年通关人次突破1亿1。

Guangdong's Department of Ecological Environment has announced the third batch of Beautiful County (City, District) typical cases, with Luohu, Futian, and Yantian districts in Shenzhen selected simultaneously 1. The three central urban districts have demonstrated significant achievements in ecological environment management, green industry upgrading, and Sino-Hong Kong ecological integration, establishing a Shenzhen model for resolving the contradiction between high-density development and high-quality ecological supply in megacities 1.

Air quality across the three districts has reached exceptional levels 1. In 2025, both Luohu and Yantian districts achieved PM2.5 annual concentrations as low as 14.4 micrograms per cubic meter, while Futian recorded 16 micrograms per cubic meter 1. Air quality excellence rates stood at 99.2% for Luohu, 98.4% for Yantian, and 97.5% for Futian 1. Water quality standards are equally impressive, with all 14 rivers in Luohu maintaining excellent conditions, Yantian achieving 100% rates for superior river sections and water source compliance, and all seven major river sections in Futian meeting standards 1. Citywide water infrastructure includes reservoirs maintained at Class II surface water standards for 15 consecutive years, Dapeng Bay coastal waters sustained at national Class I seawater standards for seven consecutive years, and Meilin Reservoir preserved at Class II or above quality for 18 consecutive years 1.

Green space infrastructure demonstrates comprehensive coverage and connectivity 1. Luohu has constructed 63.6 kilometers of ecological recreation networks, while Yantian's 63.43% forest coverage supports approximately 400 kilometers of mountain-sea greenways 1. Futian's 142 parks achieve complete 500-meter service radius coverage 1. Economic sustainability is evident through Yantian Port receiving eight awards over eight years as the world's best sustainable container terminal 1, Futian's new energy industry output exceeding one billion yuan with per-unit GDP carbon emissions at one-tenth the national average 1, and cross-border passenger throughput surpassing one hundred million in 2025 1.
