李旭在党的十八大后仍不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣1。

Li Xu's conduct constituted serious violations of the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, clean governance discipline, and life discipline, amounting to severe official misconduct and suspected bribery crimes. 1 His violations persisted after the 18th National Party Congress without showing signs of restraint or correction, rendering the matter particularly grave with severe negative consequences. 1 The party has decided to expel Li Xu from the Communist Party, remove him from public office, terminate his status as a delegate to the party's tertiary congress, and transfer his suspected criminal matters to the procuratorate for legal review and prosecution. 1
