广东连续两年吸纳超100万名高校毕业生留粤来粤就业创业

广东省启动新一轮秋季校园招聘活动，将组织100个用人单位团队赴全国14个省份的100所重点高校进行招聘1。本次招聘计划于9月中旬在北京、上海、武汉三地同步启动1，每场活动线下线上参与的用人单位不少于100家，提供岗位不少于3000个1。

据统计，截至今年8月，广东已连续两年吸纳超过100万名高校毕业生留粤来粤就业创业1。为进一步优化人才集聚环境，此次招聘将人工智能相关领域岗位数量设定为招聘岗位总数的10%以上1，推动建立100项左右长效合作机制1，邀请1000名左右优秀学子担任校园大使1，并整合推出约10000个创业卡位1。
