China's Central United Front Work Department organized the 10th session of an advanced management training program for key private enterprise leaders from September 8 to 10 at the Dalian Institute of Senior Managers.1 More than 50 private entrepreneurs from across the country participated in the initiative.1
Deputy Director Shen Ying attended the program and called on participants to deepen their understanding of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, particularly Xi's remarks at a private enterprise symposium.1 Shen stressed that entrepreneurs should "firmly uphold the 'Two Establishments' and resolutely achieve the 'Two Maintenances,' always remaining politically savvy individuals."1 Beyond ideological alignment, the training emphasized practical economic priorities: participants were urged to strengthen their confidence in development, accelerate technological innovation, and actively contribute to the country's common prosperity agenda.1
