中国发起成立国际打击电信网络诈骗联盟

9月10日，中国发起成立的国际打击电信网络诈骗联盟在江苏连云港举行成立大会1。来自46个创始国和34个观摩国的代表参与其中，联合国、国际刑警组织等国际组织也派员出席1。各方共同发布了《关于成立国际打击电信网络诈骗联盟的联合声明》，认可该联盟应对跨国电信网络诈骗及关联犯罪的现实意义1。

该联盟旨在建立政府间国际组织，应对跨国电信网络诈骗及关联犯罪1。中国在此领域已取得显著成效。自2023年以来，中国与缅甸合作，抓获移交涉诈犯罪嫌疑人5.9万余名1。中国已与西班牙、阿联酋、缅甸等40多个国家开展国际执法合作1。

China has initiated the establishment of an International Alliance Against Telecom and Online Fraud, with its inaugural conference held on September 10 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province 1.
