9月9日，中山大学附属第七医院与中山大学肿瘤防治中心、广州医科大学附属第一医院联合成立肺癌诊疗中心，并组建胸外科专科联盟1。该中心由何建行教授和张力教授担任特聘首席专家，其中何建行教授为广州医科大学附属第一医院国家呼吸医学中心主任，张力教授为中山大学肺癌研究所副主任、肺癌首席专家1。
诊疗中心通过整合三家机构资源，建立涵盖筛查、诊断、治疗、康复的全链条专病诊疗服务1。何建行教授团队创新开发的"无管化"手术体系备受关注，该团队完成了全球首例自主呼吸麻醉下单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术1。中心将建立多学科常态化协作机制，并应用AI技术、细胞治疗、肿瘤疫苗等前沿技术，同时结合微创手术等创新治疗手段1。服务范围覆盖光明区及周边地区，兼顾粤港澳大湾区患者需求，重点发展早筛早诊、源头防控、中晚期诊疗和前沿临床研究等关键方向1。

He Jianxing serves as director of the National Respiratory Medical Center at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, while Zhang Li holds the position of deputy director of Zhongshan University Lung Cancer Research Institute and chief lung cancer specialist 1.
The newly established center will integrate resources from all three institutions to deliver comprehensive lung cancer care spanning screening, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation 1. The service scope covers the surrounding areas, with broader reach extending to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area 1. The center will prioritize early screening and diagnosis, source-level prevention and control, advanced-stage treatment, and cutting-edge clinical research 1. Multi-disciplinary collaboration will operate on a regular basis, supplemented by application of advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, minimally invasive surgery, and tubeless surgical techniques 1.
Professor He Jianxing's team pioneered the "tubeless" surgical system and completed the world's first single-port thoracoscopic lung cancer radical resection under spontaneous ventilation anesthesia 1. The center will also integrate emerging technologies such as naked-eye 3D visualization systems, metaverse applications, cellular therapy, and tumor vaccines into its clinical practice 1.
