马克龙呼吁欧洲加强航天竞争力

法国总统马克龙在巴黎国际太空峰会上表示，欧洲航天部门仍然薄弱，需要加强以与美国和中国竞争 1。他提出了欧洲航天发展的三个具体目标：在两年内实现首个欧洲货运舱Nyx对接国际空间站，五年内实现首个欧洲月球着陆器Argonaut登陆月球，十年内从位于法属圭亚那的库鲁航天港发射首个欧洲载人舱 1。

欧洲航天局总干事阿施巴赫强调，欧洲需要年均投资约10亿欧元才能实现航天独立 1。该局2025年获得的三年期预算超过22亿欧元 1。值得注意的是，欧洲航天局迄今未曾执行过载人太空任务 1。

French President Emmanuel Macron has called on Europe to strengthen its space sector to close the gap with the United States and China.1 Speaking at the Paris International Space Summit, Macron stated that "Space Europe is still weak"1 and outlined an ambitious timeline for European space exploration with three major milestones: the first European cargo module Nyx docking with the International Space Station within two years, the first European lunar lander Argonaut touching down on the Moon within five years, and the first European crewed capsule launching from the Kourou spaceport within ten years.1

Achieving these goals will require sustained investment, according to European Space Agency leadership.1 ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher emphasized that Europe needs annual investment of approximately 1 billion euros (11 billion dollars) to achieve space independence.1 The agency received a record budget exceeding 2.2 billion euros for a three-year period beginning in 2025.1 The Kourou facility, located in French Guiana, serves as the European Union's primary spaceport.1 Notably, the ESA has never conducted a crewed space mission to date.1
