深圳正在为即将召开的APEC第三十三次领导人非正式会议做好志愿服务保障。全市148个城市志愿服务站已完成国际化软硬件升级1，超420万注册志愿者和1.9万余个志愿服务组织参与其中1。这支庞大的志愿者队伍覆盖口岸、交通枢纽、社区等全城各个场景1，为来深宾客提供国际化、人性化的城市服务。
各区根据自身特色组建了差异化的志愿服务力量。福田集结近1500名来自28个国家和地区、掌握11个语种的中外志愿者1。11支区级国际志愿服务队已组建到位1。8月13日，深圳北站东广场服务中心正式揭牌1。龙华团区委开设了多语种志愿者英语口语专项培训，累计覆盖近200人次1。
创新的志愿服务形式也在推进。深圳前海石公园建立了全国首个机器人志愿服务站，7家企业的智能机器人参与其中1，已累计服务约3000人次1。
