深圳在涉外法律服务和公共服务优化方面也取得进展。福田区香蜜湖街道建立了涉外法律援助服务中心和法律明白人工作室1，坪山区政务服务中心实现14种语言实时互译1。在交通和支付领域，前海约11公里国际化示范道路上设置185个路口地面双语提示1，深圳推出"国际化支付服务十条措施"，打通"卡路、码路、币路"三大通道1。同时，深圳宝安国际机场整体通关效率跃升60%以上1，市民也通过学习英语等方式提升国际交往能力，为来客提供暖心服务。
Shenzhen is preparing to host the 33rd APEC Informal Leaders' Meeting on November 18-19 by implementing comprehensive community management reforms and enhancing public services across the city.1 The initiatives aim to integrate foreign residents into civic participation while fostering improved service standards among local citizens to support the international gathering.
In residential communities with significant foreign populations, Shenzhen has introduced innovative governance structures. The Taoyuan Subdistrict has established a pairing system combining one foreign resident building coordinator with one Chinese counterpart to facilitate mutual cooperation.1 In Nanshan District's Shekou Peninsula City Park Phase II, over 300 residents from more than 20 countries and regions now benefit from these collaborative mechanisms, while Longhua District's Minzhi Subdistrict's Hongshan Community has registered 311 foreign residents from 54 countries and regions.1 Additionally, Futian District's Xiangmi Lake Subdistrict has set up a legal aid service center and legal advisory office to address foreign residents' needs.1
The city has also upgraded transportation, commerce, and administrative infrastructure to accommodate international visitors. Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport has improved overall customs clearance efficiency by over 60 percent.1 Along an approximately 11-kilometer international demonstration road in Qianhai, 185 intersections feature bilingual pavement markings with "Look Left" and "Look Right" instructions.1 To facilitate cross-border transactions, Shenzhen launched an "International Payment Service Ten-Point Plan" that establishes three payment pathways for cards, mobile codes, and digital currencies.1 The Pingshan District Administrative Service Center now offers real-time interpretation services in 14 languages.1
