广东省民办教育协会会长赵康近日率队赴深圳调研民办教育发展现状，先后走访富源学校和崛起实验中学。1
赵康会长指出，民办教育正处于发展转型的关键节点，已从过去"家长被动选择"的补充型教育，转变为"家长主动选择"的特色型、优质型教育阶段。1各校需打造差异化办学特色。1
此次调研走访的两所学校均是深圳民办教育的代表。富源学校创办于1999年，现有293个教学班、在校学生10454人、教职工1471人；1崛起实验中学创办于2003年，隶属于深圳市首家民办教育集团。1深圳市民办教育协会表示将推动民办学校在规范办学、特色发展、质量提升上实现新突破。1
The Guangdong Private Education Association, led by Chairman Zhao Kang, visited Shenzhen to investigate the development of private education, touring Fuyuan School and Qiqi Experimental Middle School.1 During the research visit, Zhao Kang emphasized that private education has transitioned from serving as a supplementary option through "passive parental selection" to becoming a specialized and high-quality educational choice through "active parental selection," and that schools must develop differentiated educational characteristics.1
Fuyuan School, established in 1999, currently operates 293 teaching classes with 10,454 students and 1,471 staff members.1 Qiqi Experimental Middle School, founded in 2003, is affiliated with Shenzhen's first private education group.1 The research agenda centered on shifts in enrollment patterns during the basic education stage, future operational directions for private schools, and the distinctive characteristics of Shenzhen's private educational institutions.1 The Shenzhen Private Education Association indicated its commitment to advancing private schools in standardized operations, distinctive development, and quality improvement.1
