曹庵镇党委书记桑华伟表示，今年国家发改委出台的规范成品油相关文件明确了成品油的标准类型，其他物质不允许以任何名义向车辆加注1。
三省部门同步在辖区范围内对所有油品储存、经营企业开展全面排查1。

The illegal gas stations were concentrated in Cao'an Town, Huainan City 1. An investigation team from Anhui arrived at the scene at 9:10 p.m. on September 8 1. According to findings, some of the fuel sourced from Zeyu Chemical Co., Ltd. in Kenli District, Shandong 1. In Henan, the involved enterprise was identified as Yuandong Chengyi Technology Co., Ltd. in Fanxian, which was ordered to cease production and sales immediately 1.
Sang Huawei, Party Secretary of Cao'an Town, stated: "After the National Development and Reform Commission issued a document this year on standardizing refined oil products, the authorities clearly specified which types qualify as refined oil products, and prohibited any other substances from being dispensed to vehicles under any pretext" 1. In response to the exposure, the three provinces simultaneously launched comprehensive inspections of all oil storage and trading enterprises within their jurisdictions 1.
