查询服务采用分级处理机制：5万元以下的小额活期存款可直接查询到开户银行和账户余额，超过5万元需进一步核实1。青岛市建立了公安、民政、人社、卫健、医保、大数据、金融监管等多部门协同机制，实行"统一受理、并联审批、统一反馈"的流程1。
