自导自演炒作酒店偷拍，"影子不会说谎"团伙21人受审

拥有500多万粉丝的网红博主"影子不会说谎"张某与成都小澄公司实控人李某行、技术负责人吕某等组成犯罪团伙，通过非法安装隐形摄像头、自导自演酒店偷拍视频并大肆宣传，制造隐私恐慌，随后以此引流销售检测功能虚假的伪劣"防偷拍检测仪"，进行非法牟利。1该团伙共21人因生产销售伪劣产品、非法使用窃听窃照专用器材、寻衅滋事、侵犯公民个人信息等罪名，于9月8日至11日在石家庄裕华区法院受审。1

根据中国信息通信研究院司法鉴定所的鉴定，小澄公司生产的XC-one防偷拍监测仪无法分辨MAC地址对应设备类型，根本不具备宣传的AI智能侦测等功能。1李某行安排团队共安装隐形摄像头36个，其中34个被查获。1小澄公司自2023年1月至2024年11月销售收入达450.98万余元，其中"影子不会说谎"团队销售额为77.16672万元，佣金29.31207万元。12024年9月，公安部组织河北、四川、内蒙古、河南等地开展统一收网行动，共抓获犯罪嫌疑人35名，查获窃听窃照设备30余件，扣押伪劣检测仪器4000余套。1

该团伙虚假视频对陕西勉县当地酒店造成严重影响，入住率大幅下降，勉县政府随后对54家宾馆酒店开展多频次检查。1李某行等人还涉及为乌海广纳集团员工电脑植入木马程序非法获取个人信息，收取50万元的犯罪事实。1其中吕某、陈某乔、牟某勇等14人自愿认罪认罚，1另有1人因取保候审期间病重将另行开庭。1

A criminal network led by internet celebrity Zhang Mou, known as "Shadows Never Lie," and Li Mouxing, controlling shareholder of Chengdu Xiaocheng Company, orchestrated an elaborate scheme involving fake hotel surveillance incidents to market defective anti-spy detection devices, authorities have revealed.1 The conspiracy, carried out by 21 individuals, resulted in charges including manufacturing and selling counterfeit products, illegal use of eavesdropping and surveillance equipment, incitement to disturbance, and infringement of personal information.1 The trial commenced on September 8 and concluded on September 11 at the Yuhua District Court in Shijiazhuang.1

The "Shadows Never Lie" account commanded over five million followers.1 Zhang Mou collaborated with Li Mouxing and Lu Mou, the company's technical director, to illicitly install 36 hidden cameras across multiple venues, of which 34 were subsequently recovered.1 The team deliberately fabricated and promoted videos depicting hotel surveillance violations, manufactured public panic over privacy breaches, and directed traffic toward sales of counterfeit detection equipment.1 The Xiaocheng XC-one anti-spy monitoring device, which the company advertised as featuring artificial intelligence detection capabilities, was later determined by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology Judicial Appraisal Institute to lack the ability to distinguish device types from MAC addresses and did not possess the advertised AI detection functions.1

Between January 2023 and November 2024, the company generated total sales revenue of 4,509,800 yuan, with the "Shadows Never Lie" team accounting for 771,672 yuan in sales and earning commissions of 293,121 yuan.1 A coordinated enforcement operation launched by the Ministry of Public Security across Hebei, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, and Henan provinces resulted in the arrest of 35 suspects and the seizure of over 30 eavesdropping and surveillance devices, along with more than 4,000 counterfeit detection units.1 Members also installed malware on company computers belonging to employees of the Wuhai Guangna Group to unlawfully obtain personal information, receiving 50,000 yuan for this activity.1 A fabricated video linked to the conspiracy significantly depressed hotel occupancy rates in Mianxian County, Shaanxi Province, prompting local authorities to conduct repeated inspections of 54 hospitality establishments.1 Fourteen defendants, including Lu Mou, Chen Moujiao, and Mou Moyong, have voluntarily entered guilty pleas; one additional defendant will face separate proceedings after being placed under residential surveillance due to serious illness.1
